We are looking for innovative and agile tools to gather target consumer feedback on our Mondelēz International products and packages. We believe engaging consumers during our product and package development is important and should be an authentic experience. We believe it is crucial to uncover human consumer insights to drive smart informed business decisions.

Background

At Mondelēz International, our purpose is to empower people to snack right. We will lead the future of snacking around the world by offering the right snack, for the right moment, made the right way. And to deliver a broad range of delicious, high-quality snacks and packaging that consumers can feel good about, we want to truly understand consumer preferences, behavior and habits.

Key Success Criteria
  • Initial reach is national USA population but should have ability to pivot to global reach – Europe, Latin America and AsiaPacific
  • Scope of research is product/package testing, which involve assessment of concept and physical prototypes
  • Provided research service should be end to end ie from consumer recruitment, product placement to report and insights
  • It has to have at least one AI element

Additional comments on what we are looking for:

  • Explanation on thinking behind the approach
  • Key business case studies and examples, where possible, on how did it help the business to make fast smart informed business decision on product / package development (for innovation as well as core business)
Possible Approaches

We are interested in the deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to assist consumer product testing such as

  • Text AI
  • Visual AI – inc picture, video, facial recognition/coding
  • Interactive AI
  • Analytical AI
  • Voice AI

Equally interested in fast (agile) and insightful ways to gather consumer feedback on product and package propositions:

  • Qualitative approaches
  • Quantitative approaches
  • Hybrid of qual and quanti
  • Any other
